At Storage King, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home organization solutions. If your purchase doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all shelving components, hardware, and instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned storage units, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
